TGA works on a straight contingency fee basis, exclusive of those files forwarded to local counsel for litigation. It is in our best interest to work each file diligently regardless of balance or debtor location. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. This office currently charges the majority of our clients a 20% - 25% contingency fee for all first placement accounts. Those files requiring the assistance of a local attorney to file suit are being handled on a 30% - 40% contingency fee basis, which includes the attorney's portion. Additional expenses such as court costs and suit fees are requested after the local attorney has made an evaluation of the claim and has written to our office with their suit requirements. No litigation will be commenced without your written approval.

Rates for billing an account management vary depending on age of account and industry of the product / service rendered.
