Subrogation, Arbitration & Workers Compensation
Subrogation, the legal right to pursue a third party that causes a loss to an insured, is the most preeminent recovery function TGA participates in. Our elite clientele partner with us across every major area of property damage, bodily injury, arbitration, and workers compensation recovery.

Areas inside this service line
Property Damage Claims
Recoveries resulting from automobile accidents and structural damage incidents. Under the same banner, this also encompasses rental (out-of-pocket expenses paid by the policyholder or by the carrier) and deductibles.
Arbitration
When a signatory liability carrier disputes or debates liability and/or claim damages, TGA files and manages the intercompany arbitration start to finish.
Workers Compensation Claims
Recoveries on work-related injuries or illnesses, including (but not limited to) medical expenses, partial lost wages, and permanent impairments. Common losses involve physical injuries (strains, fractures, slip and fall), occupational diseases, and fatalities leading to survivor benefits.
Bodily Injury Claims
Claims paid out under the appropriate medical expense reimbursement rules, allowable based on venue. Examples include Personal Injury Protection (PIP), MedPay, and Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury (UMBI).
Underinsured Claims
Where the at-fault party does not hold enough coverage to compensate an entire loss (policy limits). Can be pursued where allowable for both property and injury losses.
